		<description>Such simple things that make a huge difference.  Wonder why they are so hard to implement.  I bought a water bottle (ya know the green type... stainless steel so it can be reused) yesterday.

I was astounded to find how hard it was for me to get down just 3 bottles.  Yikes.  Hydration is a big one.  Thanks for your thought provoking health articles.</description>

		<description>One of the biggest ways I have found of helping reflux disease is to cut out all sugar and caffiene and greasy foods; these cause burning in the stomach.  Another thing is if you want to eat things like chocolate or spicy foods, don&#039;t eat them in the evening.  Try eating them at about 2pm.  Cut off all of your eating before 6 pm because you need to allow 3 hours between eating and sleep.  Also try sleeping on your left side and be elevated.</description>
