Being a tax preparer for people all over the country and having accounting clients from most states, this economy is showing no TRUE signs of even leveling out. the real far effects of the real estate markets are certainly nowhere near the bottom. these "experts" are living in a fantasyland for even vaguely suggesting such doltish tripe. Unfortunately, what they state is LUDICROUS at best! These people are absolutely CRAZY to believe this recession has even hit bottom much less is recovering!
