		<description>in general we wouldn&#039;t have to worry so much if the governments of the world didn&#039;t have such differing opinions and like it or not it boils down to religion culture and colour. me i try not to worry but it&#039;s not easy for me or anyone else to say don&#039;t because each and everyone of us is so different and complex we can&#039;t possibly expect one person not to worry. where another person does drink and drugs do help to soften the blows of lif eother people are stronger willed and can refrain. good luck to them, me i prefer to enjoy myself no matter my poison and suffer the consequences later, if there are any.       Wow! That&#039;s pretty negative Boowah. Sounds like you&#039;re wishing yourself into a desperate reality ending in an early death. That&#039;s what can happen when you allow negative energy to run your mind. There&#039;s no talking you out of it because the conversation would be with the negative idea of yourself. I am 65 years old and the last time I got sick at all was in 1986. That time when I was sick I realized that I opened myself up to sickness by feeling sorry for myself and so, as I lay there feeling terrible I decided that every time I noticed a feeling of sickness I would immediately turn my back on the thought &quot;I feel sick&quot; and I would imagine feeling really great and simultaneously I would think the words &quot;I feel great&quot;. I kept doing that every time I noticed any kind of sick feeling. I just refused to entertain any kind of thought other than &quot;I feel great&quot;. I got over that flue in about 12 hours and I have never been sick at all since that day. That&#039;s because I&#039;m always walking around telling myself in my mind &quot;I feel great&quot;.
    I should mention to you that it is very difficult to accomplish making yourself be well by being happy when your body is suffering - not just from a flue - but everyday suffering from a combination of bad diet and a clogged-up system. So If you want to learn how to be well all the time by being happy all the time, the first step would be to un-clog your body systems and allow your body to establish a natural balance and be hydrated. The greatest purifier is water but not just tap water or bottled water but water in its optimum state. Water is amazing – it is the only element in existence that expands when it freezes. It is the one element that we know is necessary to have life and we know that water molecules comprise over 70% of our body and we can’t live without having a continuous supply of water to drink. According to science there are two types of water – Pentagonal and Hexagonal. And science also tells us that water can also exist uniquely on every mathematical level of PH. So both types of water can have equal measurement in PH but completely different in Oxygen Reduction Potential showing that Pentagonal water shows to be oxidizing and Hexagonal water show to be anti-oxidizing. Scientists have studied water that comes from places considered to be miraculous (Like Lourdes, France) and have seen that these special waters are both alkaline (over 9.0 PH) and Hexagonal. 		<description>You can think about what you can do to stop worrying but that in itself is worry. There is only one thing you can do to stop worrying - be happy all of the time. No, I didn&#039;t say think that you are happy - I said BE HAPPY. How do you do that you say? Know that if you were being your true self you would be happy therefore PRETEND TO BE HAPPY. Yes - pretend. Think about this - when you pretend to be happy (without any reason other than to be happy) you are actually pretending to be your true self. What does that mean? It means that you are not relying on outside information to determine your behavior or your attitude but that you are allowing your true self to set your energy. You are continuously walking around feeling great and pumping that energy into the world around you. Bottom line is: you can&#039;t be afraid (and worry) when you are being happy. So instead of doing a lot of things just to try and not worry (like reading self-help books or going into some kind of Therapy or taking drugs)you only have to do one thing (be happy). Try it right now - put yourself in a happy mood by watching something funny on TV and then concentrate on what it feels like to be happy - just the feeling - and then keep generating the feeling and put all of your focus on NOT allowing yourself to come out of that feeling. That&#039;s it. It isn’t easy but it is possible and when you do find your happy spot and practice it for the rest of the day you will fall asleep well and when you wake up, just pick up your happiness from yesterday and keep it going in your second day and keep doing this everyday for at least 50 days. It gets easier every day which makes it easier to be happy and easier to reject negative thinking out of hand. Once you have established control over your body you won&#039;t even get sick anymore and that will add to your happiness. Dr. Albert Schweitzer said: &quot;Happiness is good health and a bad memory&quot;.</description>
