It is much more serious for someone like you who makes her living with her very distictive voice. I may even postpone this surgery if my voice does go high pitched. What is your take on this? I am not surprised that she has nodes, and I do hope she has learned to speak in a way that keeps her voice healthy. In my practice I've helped many people recover from vocal dysfunction.
