Sarah Palin Resignation

How did  Sarah Palin React to Levi Johnston’s Comments on her Resignation?

Politics is said to be a lucrative career and a dirty game to play. It has no formula to success. It is a career where every word that a politician speaks or any word spoken on the politician determines the politician’s future of serving the electorate. If Governor Sarah Palin had witnessed the same happen to other politicians, the ball now is in her court. Governor Sarah Palin’s resignation from active politics, effective at the end of the month, as a promising candidate to the vice presidency has drown a lot of controversies. The latest alleged reason for her resignation came on Thursday when Levi Johnston, Her daughter’s fiancé whose supposed marriage gained wide criticism and was cancelled early this year, made public comment on Governor Sarah Palin’s possible lead to call it quits in politics.

The family Spokeswoman for Governor Sarah Palin, Meghan Stapleton, didn’t take the comment as butter on bread. Meghan Stapleton understands a politician lives a public life and public can create or destroy a political career. Stapleton could not let the comment to soil the reputation of the Governor who might have had a better chance to reposition her future political career outside the boarders of her present political allegiance. Stapleton, in a statement to The Associated Press, submitted via e-mail, indicated Johnston’s uncalled for input towards Governor Palin’s resignation was equivalent to ‘a piece of fiction’ meant to carve and furnish Johnston’s ‘acting skills’. Could Levi Johnston have been an opportunist who saw a rope hanging from a wealthy crater far above that he could have been looking forward to and that he chose to use it to climb into a possible better financial position?
The nineteen year old Levi Johnston, on Thursday, made the comments at a news conference, at the office of his attorney, Rex Butler. Johnston claimed he had heard Sarah Palin marvel at the opportunity of benefiting from monetary awards that seemed to arise from promising deals that included a reality show and a book project. Johnston stressed the book prospects had more feasible strength to have catalyzed Palin’s resignation.

Levi Johnstone is said to have lived with the Governor Palin’s family between early December last year and the end of second week in January, this year. His  supposed marriage failed the litmus test for approval and was canceled early this year. Or did it enter into dormancy state only to be active later in the public life? The book compensation deals seemed to have re-ignited the candles of the relationship as Johnston indicated that the future of their relationship is on a better plate that it was before.

Even though the monetary value of the book has not yet been revealed, Johnston suggested the value of the book is a possible opportunity cost. A past comment by Governor Sarah Palin indicated she was facing over USD 500,000 in legal fees. Has she been able to jump over this handle? Johnston attorney, Rex Butler, suggested Johnston’s comments were meant to question Sarah Palin’s resignation as an Alaskan Voter.

Johnston who is in hot pursuit for his book deal and movie, while still servicing his carpentry career indicated he is not likely to vote Governor Sarah Palin for presidency citing Governor Sarah Palin is not ‘cut out for the job’. Johnstone indicated that vice presidency or presidency position is ‘huge’ and Sarah is not likely to meet its expectations. People grow and develop through their networks of friends. Could Governor Sarah Palin have crucified her political career? Could Levi Johnston have seen an opportunity to change his career by using a fall of a giant politician? Time will live to be a better witness.

I truly beleive this past election was a FRAUD AND IF ONLY LEGAL VOTES WERE COUNTED OBAMA WOULD NOT BE OUR PRESIDENT.Elections have become fraudlent, dirty and completely out of line. I HOPE and pray for a CHANGE in 2012.I strongly beleive Sara Palin is our lady and would do an excellent job.Dirty politics had a lot to do with her resigning and I do not blame her.She will have my vote and hope she wins by a land slide.Put and end to cheating and fraudlent voting and let the best person win.

Wanda Says:

You need to seriously consider hiring someone to edit your stuff. A number of these passages had some total nonsense in them — not in the sense that what you were SAYING was nonsense, but the WORDING was terrible. A couple of places made little or no sense at all…

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Field Says:

We firmly believe in Sara adn would Vote for her as President no matter what the gossip.
GO SARAh!!!!!!!

Sheila Says:

The best person DID win

Steve Glahn Says:

I before e except after c as in “believe.” FradUlent has a “u” in the word. Land slide is one word- “landslide.” I’m not surprised you’re a Palin supporter.

Lovelady Says:

Legal votes were counted in the election. If Obama did not win, we probably will be face with the United States without a Vice President. Sarah Palin will be resigning as Vice President because something negative was said about her family member. Republican doesn’t believe in Palin and nor do I. I will not waste a vote a someone that rambles all the time when she talks.

Go sell your book if someone will buy it.

sensiblethoughts Says:

You are living in a dream world looking through rose dimmed glasses. There’s no way an intelligent voter will vote for her. The only fraudulent and dirty deeds were those done by Sarah when she tried to incite people to do harm to Obama. The sane people saw through it THANK GOD!Grow up! Better still, please go educate yourself to the real world!

Rosebud Says:

I think Levi is simply a Golddigger. Mostly these have been women in the past, but the ones here lately are men. Is it possible Levi has lost face? You think? Is he trying to get in good with someone? You know what goes around, comes around. Better not to mess with an older and more experienced adversary.

Bobricci Says:

Oh, and by the way, who cares what a 19 year-old thinks about Palin’s resignation?

MReed Says:

I believe the Palins are getting down on their knees every night and thanking God they did not get this loser for a son-in-law! He is a bottom feeder and obviously will ever be. He is trying to make a living feeding baloney to the press who hate Palin and do just everything they can to belittle her in their endeavor to discredit her and bring her down. I believe she is at one with the good and decent mainstream American and that belittling her is an attack on the general population. I hope she beats their socks off and thoroughly brings down anyone and everyone who has attacked her and her children down to the littlest one. Shame on you!

tim Says:

LOL…I would LOVE to see her run against Obama! He would drag her silly behind through the mud and make McCain’s November massive beating seem like child’s play. He would humiliate her like never before. Go ahead Palin, give us even more to make fun of you about.

proffordisabilities Says:

Has anyone given any attention to the fact that Sarah is now the mother of a developmentally disabled child who requires much much more attention in order to fulfill his highest level of achievement and that can only come with the most devotion she is williing to give to her child? Perhaps, as I suspect, and she discovered in reality, that it is best to put her political career to the future and concentrate on her disabled baby and her illigitimate grandchild being raised by a teenager, which I would tend to think that as a mother would have a lot more influence over her decision.

Lynnslady Says:

Thank you Bobricci! What does a 19 year old know? No life experience yet and this 19 year old seems to be too self-centered to wisely use what little he does have……

Mike Says:

Profford, you show us exactly why she will not be fit to run for ANY office for at least seventeen years.

realamerican Says:

Levi for president 2012!!
