Yes! My family and community have been affected by the swine flu directly! It took several weeks to get over it and we still have lingering effects. We live in Juneau, Alaska and an outbreak has been reported at the local schools and the community is worried. We get alot of tourists’ from all over the world and I am sure that is where the transfer came from. I hope the vaccine works and can end it.

With all of the hype about this and the promise of a Vacine that has not really been tested, it almost appears to be another Government Obama bail out of the pharmesuitical companies, put a big scare into the common people and get them to buy billions of shots. The only weird thing is that the company that makes this and will get rich is not even in America.

My son has serious heart problems. Dr. office called for swine flu shot. Reply is it’s only available at health dept. What does this say?

The Flu comes around every year. Why are we focusing on this one that much? If anything, we have been doing pretty well the past two years since the vaccines provided were not matched with the strain that was predicted to go around. Basically, anyone who paid for those vaccines did so in vain.
I’ve never received vaccines for the flu and I never catch colds and such. This year was different. I actually got the flu, got rid of it and I’m sure my immune system was polished for the next one. If the medical community wants to shove these vaccines down our throat, let it be for those with severe immunity problems. Otherwise, leave us alone and let us evolved in a healthy manner. Enough!
