India has asked Pakistan to handover some terrorists who are being kept in the custody of Pakistan Government. But Pakistan has refused to handover these terrorists to Indian Government. This has been welcome by Indians for the following reasons.

If the terrorists have been handed over to India, they will have been treated as guests in prison. Government will have to spend unnecessary maintenance cost including food etc to the terrorists that could have been used for local security.

Even if Pakistan Government is ready to hand over leaders of Terrorist to India, What will happen next?  They will kidnap the Indian flight  with VIP of Indian Government leaders  and demand India to release the arrested terrorists. If the travelers are belonging to dependents of cabinet or joint cabinet ministers, there may be compulsion to Indian Government to  return the  terrorists to them with safe.

What Should India Do

Indians know that many more terrorists have been waiting for a chance to give another big attack than what had happened in Mumbai. Instead of asking Pakistan Government to handover terrorists, India will warn Pakistan to recall their terrorists who have already intruded and hided over India.

India will take necessary action with the support of the international community, also by talking with Pakistan Government through Regional and military force  to eradicate the terrorism which has been already spread over India.
